Alexandru N. Elian is a seasoned commodities and finance executive based in Bucharest, Romania, with over four decades of international experience across London, Miami, Belgrade, and Tel Aviv. 

An accredited EU expert, he has led trading operations, institutional sales, and corporate turnarounds in sectors ranging from non-ferrous metals and oil products to stockbrokerage and asset management. 

Alexandru has held leadership roles at Webo SRL, Delta Valori Mobiliare, BRK Financial Group, and Exante, and served as Chairman of the Romanian Commodities Exchange. 

He currently serves as Sales Director at Blue Rock Financial Services in Romania, advising high-net-worth clients and hedge funds. He speaks five languages and consults on European and Middle Eastern financial projects.
