Andrei Racoviță is the founder and CEO of Two Continents Group, an ecosystem of companies with a Romanian DNA, born in Dubai, that brings together under one roof fields such as real estate, property management, interior design, tourism, hospitality, financial services, beauty, and the pet industry.
It is the only business group in the Emirates that integrates all these industries under the same management and vision.
With over 12 years of experience in the United Arab Emirates, Andrei began his entrepreneurial journey in 2014, when he sublet a single room on Airbnb in Dubai Marina. From that small initiative emerged one of the most complex Romanian-founded business groups in the Emirates — today boasting over 150 employees and an annual turnover exceeding €100 million.
Through his companies — Two Continents Real Estate, Two Continents Holiday Homes, Two Continents Interiors, Two Continents Tours & Travel, and Two Continents Business Setup — Andrei built a unique vertically integrated model, offering investors and clients a complete solution: from property acquisition to renovation, hotel-style management, financial consultancy, visa services, and company formation.
Under his leadership, Two Continents Real Estate was named the #1 agency worldwide for Sobha Siniya Island sales — one of the most prestigious developments in the northern Emirates, often referred to as the “Maldives of Dubai.”
Additionally, in August, the company ranked #13 globally in the number of units sold across Sobha Realty projects.
Andrei is a visionary leader, passionate about quality, design, and performance, who believes in the power of teamwork and trust-based partnerships. Guided by his philosophy, Two Continents is more than a business — it’s a family of interconnected companies, where every individual success contributes to creating a collective impact.
Today, he leads the international expansion of the group through global investor events, aiming to bring Dubai’s opportunities closer to worldwide audiences. The targeted markets include Romania, Poland, the United Kingdom, and the United States, with a long-term goal of strengthening the global presence of the Two Continents brand as a symbol of excellence, trust, and sustainable vision.
