Titus Ionuț Tintean

Titus Ionuț Tintean is an experienced economic counselor specializing in international trade promotion and bilateral economic relations. With over a decade of professional experience across Europe, United Arab Emirates, and Argentina, he has represented Romania’s economic interests abroad, fostering partnerships, investment opportunities, and trade between Romania and key global markets.

Since 2015, he has been serving at the Consulate General of Romania in Dubai, where he promotes Romanian exports, supports UAE investors entering the Romanian market, and facilitates participation of Romanian companies in major international fairs and exhibitions. Previously, he held a similar diplomatic position in Buenos Aires, strengthening Romania–Argentina economic cooperation and supporting business delegations and commercial agreements.

Before joining the Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade, Titus worked as a Business Developer in the private sector, where he honed his negotiation, risk assessment, and partnership development skills. His professional background combines diplomatic insight with hands-on business strategy, enabling him to connect government priorities with real-world commercial outcomes.

Titus holds a Master’s degree in Business Development Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Romanian, he is known for his strong communication skills, cultural adaptability, and results-driven approach to international economic cooperation.
